Any pre-qualified company from any country without any established distributor that wishes to evaluate our product offerings and discuss with our sales department the possibility of becoming a local distributor of MAT should follow the next steps: once the original request is received and the evaluation procedure with the interested party is completed,  should the pre-qualification criteria are met, a non-disclosure agreement should be signed in order to ensure proper handling of the information flow between the two parties. The last step includes the sign of the respective contract which defines the partnership framework.
